MONTH OF COORDINATION

This service is for the couples who already have their day planned but needs someone to ensure it goes how they envisioned it. 30 days out from your day we have a final meeting to cover your details, timeline, and vendor list. We do the confirmation calls for you and identify and handle any potential problems. Then your talented coordinator will be with you the day of your event to manage the vendors, manage your timeline, run errands for you and attend to all the details and any issues that may arise. You're the star of your wedding day, so leave the delegation, supervision, and sweating the details to us. You'll be able to focus on making memories with your loved ones and enjoying every minute of your day!

SET-UP/TEARDOWN

Our team will handle setting up all of your decorations according to your vision. From linens, tables and chairs, to centerpieces and backdrops, all of your labor of love we will transform into reality. Our expert team will even come back the same night after your event to take everything down so you and your guests can go home and crash after all the festivities without worry.
